After that, Ryan joined Alabama Allergy and Asthma Center, LLC as an Assistant Administrator. Ryan'sresponsibilities included overseeing the day-to-day operations of a ten-location practice, ensuring access to care and meeting patient needs. Ryan also collected and analyzed data related to key performance indicators, providing insight and support for areas needing improvement.

Ryan then joined UAB Medicine as a Recruiter, facilitating recruitment for vacant positions and completing administrative tasks related to candidate screening and onboarding.
