Nickie Brown

Nickie Brown has a rich work experience in the healthcare industry, starting as an LPN at McAfee Medical Clinic in 2006. Nickie then moved on to various roles at Urgent Team, including Clinical Operations Manager, Market Director, and Manager of Clinical Quality and Training. In 2020, they worked as a Registered Nurse at Baptist Health Women's Clinic before eventually becoming the Director of Clinical Education at Urgent Team in 2022.

Nickie Brown completed their nursing education at Arkansas State University-Beebe from 2004 to 2006. Nickie later pursued further studies at the University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville in 2019, earning an Associates of Applied Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
