Andrew Coutts

Andrew Coutts currently serves as the Field Service Manager at Urgently since May 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Automotive Claims Manager at Sykes Assistance Services Corporation from March 2015 to May 2022, where responsibilities included directing a team of eight claims adjusters and auditors, overseeing significant payment distributions to a network of over 1,000 towing service providers across Canada, and fostering relationships with clients and service providers. Andrew completed an Honours Bachelor in Business/Commerce at Fanshawe College from 2008 to 2011.
