Blanca Persson-Ramos has extensive experience in various roles in customer service and sales management. Blanca started their career as a Retail Manager at Sprint in 1998 and later moved to Cox Communications, where they held roles such as Retail Manager, Inbound Sales Supervisor, Outbound Sales Supervisor, and Manager of Outsource Vendors. Blanca then worked as Store Director at PIRCH before joining Urgent.ly Roadside Assistance, where they served as National Director of Customer Support before becoming VP Contact Center Solutions. Blanca'sexpertise lies in managing customer support teams and sales operations.

Blanca Persson-Ramos obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from San Diego State University, graduating in 2016.
