Kristen Garcia

Kristen Garcia has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as South Central Field Manager at Urgently Roadside Assistance since November 2016. Prior roles at the same company include Claims Representative and Lead Customer Service Representative. Before joining Urgently Roadside Assistance, Kristen worked as a Sales Associate at NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) from August 2015 to November 2016. Academically, Kristen earned an Associate of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Palo Alto College, completing the program in May 2022, and previously attended Grossmont College from 2016 to 2018.
