Sola O.

Sola O. is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Urgently since 2021, Sola previously held multiple roles at Capital One from 2016 to 2021, including Finance Deposit Portfolio Manager and Principal Financial Analyst. Earlier experiences include senior financial analyst positions at Danaher Corporation and a business analyst internship at Collaboration Station. Sola's career began in financial analysis roles with Hogg Robinson Nigeria Limited and Gulf Bank Nigeria. Sola holds a Master's of Science in Management with a focus on Finance, Financial Strategy & Investment Banking from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, as well as two MBAs—one in Finance & Negotiations from Kent State University and another in Corporate Finance from Oklahoma State University. Sola also earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos.
