Kristen Garcia

Kristen Garcia is an experienced professional in the field of customer service and claims management, currently serving as the South Central Field Manager at Urgently Roadside Assistance since November 2016. Kristen has also held the roles of Claims Representative and Lead Customer Service Representative within the same organization. Prior to this, Kristen worked as a Sales Associate at the NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) from August 2015 to November 2016. Kristen obtained an Associate of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Palo Alto College in May 2022 and attended Grossmont College from 2016 to 2018.
