Madhumitha Ravi

Madhumitha Ravi has a diverse range of work experience in the field of HR. Madhumitha is currently working as the Head of HR-India at Urgo Medical. Prior to this, they served as the Regional HR Manager South at Kuehne+Nagel from 2016 to 2022. Before that, they worked as a Sr. Process Leader- HR at Agility Logistics - GIL Shared Services from 2013 to 2016. Madhumitha also has experience at The World Bank as an HR- Assistant from 2011 to 2013 and at Financial Software & Systems (P) Ltd as an HR from 2008 to 2011. Their roles throughout their experience have included responsibilities such as recruitment, training, performance management, and leadership development.

Madhumitha Ravi pursued their education in a chronological order. Madhumitha obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in HR and Finance from SRM University, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from Vaishnav College, studying between 2003 and 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Madhumitha Ravi also acquired additional certifications to enhance their knowledge and professional skills. In August 2014, they obtained the Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP) certification from Coursera. Madhumitha also achieved the Certified HR Analytics and Metrics Professional certification from Middle Earth HR in September 2013.
