Jessica Jones is a Support Engineer at URLgenius since May 2023, bringing experience from Turing School of Software & Design, where Jessica completed a Back-End Software Engineering program from May 2021 to June 2023. Prior to this, Jessica spent over 14 years at Panera Bread, holding various managerial roles including Assistant General Manager, Traveling Training Manager, and Shift Manager, where responsibilities encompassed daily operations, training, and staff management. Jessica also attended Western Kentucky University from August 2004 to August 2006.
