Dominick Gagliostro

Vice President-Project Management and Regulatory Operations at UroGen Pharma

Dominick Gagliostro has extensive work experience in project management and regulatory operations in the pharmaceutical industry. Dominick started their career as a Product Engineer at Howmet Casting Products in 1988 and later worked as a Project Supervisor at Wallace & Tiernan, Inc. In 1995, they joined Block Drug Company, where they served as a Senior Project Manager and QA Manager. Dominick managed a team responsible for document management and participated in cross-functional teams for new product introduction. In 1999, they joined Actavis US-Purepac Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Project Manager and Senior QA Manager, where they managed research and development projects from inception to product launch. In 2007, they joined The Medicines Company as a Senior Director of Program Management, where they provided strategic direction and oversaw cross-functional teams during clinical trials, NDA compilation, submission, and approval. In 2015, they became an Executive Director at Radius Health, Inc., leading cross-functional teams and successfully delivering high-quality NDA and MAA submissions. Currently, they are Vice President of Project Management and Regulatory Operations at UroGen Pharma, where they lead regulatory submission projects and oversees the implementation of Regulatory Information Management systems.

Dominick Gagliostro completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University between 1984 and 1988. After a significant gap, they pursued higher education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Seton Hall University. This degree was obtained from 2017 to 2019, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
