Niraj Pahlajani

Niraj Pahlajani is a Radiation Oncologist currently working at Urology Austin since March 2022. Previously, Niraj held the position of Radiation Oncologist at The START Center for Cancer Care from August 2020 to April 2022, and at Baylor Scott & White Health from January 2016 to June 2020, where responsibilities included directing Stereotactic Radiosurgery and Ablative Body Radiotherapy as well as overseeing quality initiatives. Niraj also served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University during the same period, advising medical students and lecturing residents. Prior roles include positions at FLORIDA RADIATION ONCOLOGY GROUP, MD Anderson at Cooper, and Fox Chase Cancer Center. Education credentials include an Advanced Physician Leadership Program from SMU Cox School of Business, a Doctor of Medicine from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Georgetown University.
