Lisa Harris

Lisa Harris is a seasoned medical auditor and coder with extensive experience in the healthcare field. Currently, Lisa serves as a Medical Auditor/Medical Coder at Physician's Reimbursement Services since April 2024. Prior to this role, Lisa was a Coding Specialist at Urology Specialist of the Carolina's from November 1999 to April 2024, focusing on medical coding, compliance, and auditing, with proficiency in ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS. Lisa has also contributed to education as an instructor for medical billing and coding at Central Piedmont Community College from April 2003 to February 2014, and as a Coding Boot Camp instructor at Gaston College from October 2009 to October 2012. Lisa's earlier experience includes working as a medical coder at Gaston Urological from April 1994 to November 1999, where responsibilities included charge entry and assisting patients with billing inquiries.
