Gerard Perea is currently working as the HR Manager Ibérica at URSA since April 2004. Previously, Gerard worked as the HR Responsible XPS Plant and HR Controller for URSA. Before joining URSA, Gerard was a Técnico Recursos Humanos at Encotec, S.L. Gerard holds a Master Ejecutivo en Dirección de Recursos Humanos from EADA Business School, as well as several other specialized degrees in industrial psychology, ergonomics, safety, and labor relations. Gerard completed their education in accounting and finance at Formación Profesional Baix Camp.
