Sugandhan Rajasundaram

Sugandhan Rajasundaram has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 1998. Sugandhan started as a Programmer at Bitech International and then worked as a Consultant at Polaris Financial Technology Limited. Sugandhan then moved to KPIT as an IT Consultant and then to Sword Group (Formerly known as Global Software) as an IT Consultant. Sugandhan then joined Hexaware Technologies as a Lead System Analyst before moving to OSG Ship Management as a Technical Consultant. After that, they worked at HP as a Project Manager and then at Bsol Systems Pvt Ltd as a Program Manager, where they were responsible for managing the client expectations, providing and suggesting optimal solutions for client requirements, invoicing the client on a monthly basis, detailing the client on the monthly activities, involvement in pre-sales activity, involvement in quality management, and participating in corporate activities. Most recently, Sugandhan Rajasundaram has been the Head of Services at URSA Business Solutions LLC since 2016.

Sugandhan Rajasundaram obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathidasan University between 1992 and 1996. Sugandhan also holds certifications in SCRUM MASTER from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in December 2013, and ITIL Foundation from ITIL, obtained in September 2012.
