Santhosh Raj

Santhosh Raj has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Santhosh is currently working as a Principal Data Architect at Ursa Health since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Optum from 2018 to 2021, where they held the positions of Senior Data Lead/ Director, Data Engineering, Solution Design and Associate Director, Data Acquisition Services & E2E Client Support Services.

Before joining Optum, Santhosh worked at Advisory Board as an Associate Director of Data Acquisition Services and as a Senior Business Analyst from 2014 to 2018. Santhosh also gained experience as an Analytics Consultant at Mu Sigma, where they were responsible for managing multiple projects focused on strategic business growth and providing advanced analytics solutions for a client in the personal insurance domain.

Santhosh's work experience also includes a Systems Analyst Intern role at Liazon, pursuing their Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) at the University at Buffalo, and working as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions. Santhosh started their career as a Trainee Software Engineer at PARC Technology Research Lab.

Santhosh Raj holds a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Visveshwariah Technological University. In addition to their formal education, Santhosh has obtained several certifications, including "Statistics for Business" from the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York, "Certified Associate in Project Management" from the Project Management Institute, and "Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Biztalk Server 2006 R2, Custom Applications" from Microsoft Certification of Excellence.
