Oliver Sweatman

Oliver Sweatman has a wealth of experience in the business world, having worked in a variety of roles since 1993. Oliver began their career at Smith Barney as an Analyst and Associate in Investment Banking, where they were the lead banking analyst/associate on initial public offerings for Wilmar Industries, Mistic Beverage, Grupo Imsa (Mexico) and China Southern Airlines. In 1996, they moved to PaineWebber as an Associate and Vice President in Investment and Merchant Banking, where they co-founded the Consumer Services group and was selected to participate in the firm's merchant banking effort. In 2000, they founded Spring Street Advisors, where they acted as a strategic adviser, interim CFO and banker to several successful consumer brands. In 2002, they co-founded Sharps Inc., a men's grooming products company, where they led the company for four years until it was acquired in 2008. In 2007, they became the Managing Partner of Oliver & Partners LLC, where they acted as a strategic adviser to early-stage brands and investors. Finally, in 2009, they co-founded Ursa Major Natural Care LLC.

Oliver Sweatman received their BA in Oliver'story and French from the University of Vermont in 1992. Oliver also completed a year abroad at Université Stendhal Grenoble 3 in 1988, where they studied French language and business. Prior to this, they attended Trinity Colllege School.
