Paul McIntosh

Paul McIntosh serves as the Vice President of Engineering and Manufacturing at UrsaNav since April 2023, specializing in Low Frequency Complementary Positioning, Navigation, and Timing solutions. Prior to this role, Paul held various leadership positions, including Director of RF and Electrical Engineering and Senior RF Engineering Manager at Starry, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing teams focused on RF design and high-performance mmWave radios. Paul also contributed as Senior Engineering Manager at ON Semiconductor, Director of Engineering at Paratek Microwave, and Engineering Manager at M/A-COM, with a strong focus on RF technology and product development. Early career highlights include roles as a Senior and Principal Engineer at Raytheon, specifically in MMIC design for telecommunications applications. Paul McIntosh earned an MEng and PhD in Electronic Engineering from the University of Leeds and is currently participating in the Greater Boston Executive Program at MIT-Sloan.
