Kelly Zayago

Kelly Zayago is an experienced educator and program manager with a diverse background in service learning, language instruction, and support for vulnerable populations. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Service Learning at Ursinus College since August 2025, Kelly has held various roles including Education Program Manager at ACLAMO and Citizenship Instruction Coordinator at HIAS Pennsylvania. Previous positions also include Director of ESL Programs at the Literacy Council of Norristown, Lead ESL Instructor at Chester County OIC, and Lead ESL Site Facilitator at Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans. Kelly’s international teaching experience includes working as an English Teacher in the Dominican Republic and teaching English to inmates in correctional facilities. Kelly holds a Master of Science in Education in Educational Linguistics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Peace & Social Justice Studies from Ursinus College.
