Shannon Zottola

VP & Dean, Enrollment Management & Marketing at Ursinus College

Shannon is responsible for enhancing efforts to recruit and retain exemplary students through the integrated and strategic efforts of the offices of admission, enrollment operations and analytics, student financial services and college communications.

Shannon joined Ursinus in July 2018 from Cabrini University, where she has served as assistant vice president for enrollment management and director of undergraduate admissions since 2016. In that role, Shannon led a staff of 11 admissions professionals and oversaw all undergraduate admissions and enrollment operations at the university. Prior to being promoted to assistant vice president at Cabrini, she served the institution in various capacities of increasing responsibility over her seven years there, including director of enrollment; director of admissions; and executive director of admissions.

Shannon also served in various roles at Marywood University, including assistant director of retention and advising, where she successfully developed and implemented a retention plan for graduate and undergraduate students.

She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
