Valentin Andronic

Valentin Andronic is an experienced professional in operational excellence and food technology. Currently serving as the Country ISC Operational Excellence Manager at Ursus Breweries since June 2019, Valentin focuses on developing competitive business strategies through operational excellence, integrated IT systems, digitalization, and people development. Prior to this role, Valentin held various positions at HEINEKEN from July 2009 to June 2019, including Manufacturing Development Manager for Romania and Hungary, and Packaging Manager, where responsibilities included leading packaging operations, enhancing performance, and fostering team engagement. Valentin holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Processing from Universitatea „Dunărea de Jos” din Galați, as well as a Bacalaureat in Chemistry from Colegiul Alexandru Ioan Cuza.
