Sajjad Ahmed has held a variety of roles in the IT industry since 2010. Sajjad began their career as a Research Officer at ENERCON and then moved to UNDP in 2010. In 2012, they joined Ufone as a Customer Support, where they were responsible for exhibiting strong and effective call management techniques, resolving or escalating customer issues and complaints, and staying abreast of all current policies, procedures, promotions, products, and value added services. In 2015, they moved to Transworld as an IT Officer, where they supported and maintained LAN/WAN and related equipment, analyzed and developed improved security procedures, performed network security equipment repairs, installs, removals and upgrades, designed and implemented Microsoft Exchange server and Share point, maintained and configured Juniper/Huawei firewall for intrusion detection/protection, content filtering and remote access, and monitored daily backups, antivirus status, shared storage space and network activity. In 2019, Sajjad Ahmed joined KeepTruckin as an IT Specialist and then moved to Huawei as a Network Systems Engineer in 2020. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Urtasker as an IT Manager.

Sajjad Ahmed completed a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from COMSATS institute of information technology in 2010, majoring in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Saint Mary's cambridge school from 2003-2004. In addition, Sajjad Ahmed obtained a HCIA Cloud Services certification from Huawei in June 2020 and a Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft in January 2021.
