Johanna Lozano Sánchez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

In 2009, they began their career as a Junior Developer at PLASTICOS OJARA S.A, where they developed web applications and data dashboards using SQL Server, .NET, and C# for production and decision-making processes.

Johanna then moved on to work as a Teaching and Research Assistant at Universidad EAFIT from 2010 to 2012.

In 2013, Johanna joined Algar Tech as an Innovation Analyst for a few months before transitioning to the role of Project Manager. As a Project Manager, they led a development team and focused on software development projects in various areas such as Sales, Marketing, Inventory and Supply, and HR.

In 2017, they joined PRAGMA S.A. as a Project Tech Lead, where they acted as an agile facilitator for a team developing a banking application. Johanna'sresponsibilities included creating and executing project plans, managing and controlling the project scope, and ensuring compliance with an established agile methodology.

Johanna also has experience as a Freelance Translator since 2009 and has been working as a Scrum Master and Product Manager at UruIT since 2017.
