Maaike Panjer

Maaike Panjer is a seasoned People Director currently serving at URUS Group since 2025. They have held various HR roles across notable companies, including Interim HR positions at Panjer HR Management and Deerns Nederland, along with a significant tenure as Senior Corporate Recruiter at T-Mobile Nederland. Maaike began their career as an HR Officer at Hooghoudt and later expanded their expertise in talent acquisition with roles at Kraton Corporation and Unilever. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerciële Economie from Hanzehogeschool Groningen and completed a pre-master program in Human Resources Management at the University of Groningen.
