Caitlin Schmidt

Caitlin Schmidt possesses extensive experience in human resources and technology, currently serving as the Director of People Operations for EMEA at Robert Half since February 2017. Throughout this tenure, Caitlin has held multiple senior positions, including Senior HR Project Advisor and Senior Director of HR Technology. Prior to Robert Half, Caitlin was a Workday HCM Consultant at Appirio from January 2015 to February 2017. Experience also includes roles at the Public Broadcasting Service, where Caitlin advanced from Human Resources Coordinator to Senior Associate, and a health and outreach volunteer position at the Arlington Academy of Hope. Caitlin holds a BA in Public Communication and Literature from American University.
