Ryan Carletti, MBA HCA, is an experienced executive in healthcare operations and analytics. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations & Analytics at US Acute Care Solutions since February 2024, Ryan previously held the position of Vice President of Operations, Shared Services at HNI Healthcare from June 2019 to February 2024, leading a team that significantly contributed to the organization's growth in various medical service areas. Prior roles include Director of Operations at The Martin Healthcare Group managing multiple hospital and staffing programs, and Strategic Partner at Hyr Medical where Ryan addressed healthcare human resource challenges.
