Alicia Payne, MBA, CSM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical data analysis and system support within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Technical Data Analyst at US Anesthesia Partners since November 2018, Alicia coordinates data interface implementations and stakeholder communications. Previously, as an EMR System Analyst at AccentCare, Inc., Alicia provided technical support and troubleshooting for HH & Hospice software. Earlier roles include leadership as a Customer Experience Technician Lead at Homecare Homebase, and experience in patient account management at CCS Medical. Alicia holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas at Dallas and a B.S. in Health Promotion from the University of North Texas.
