Ossama Zafar

Ossama Zafar currently serves as Vice President of Operations at US Anesthesia Partners, a position held since July 2019, where responsibilities include P&L management for the North Texas region, collaboration with the clinical governance board on business development initiatives, account management with facility partners, and driving operational excellence through data analytics and process improvement. Prior to this role, Ossama held the position of Director of Operations at USAP North Texas. At Baylor Scott & White Health, Ossama worked as Regional Administrator for the hospital medicine service line, Practice Administrator for Hospital Medicine Operations, and completed a full-time executive fellowship under the mentorship of the hospital CEO. Ossama Zafar earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business.
