Lutfor Rahman

Lutfor Rahman serves as the Accountable Manager and Director of Business Development & Captain for Boeing 737NG at US-Bangla Airlines Ltd. since February 2014. Prior experience includes leadership as the Head of Operations at NOVOAIR from October 2007 to January 2014, focusing on organizational efficiency through inter-departmental coordination. Lutfor's military background includes various roles in the Bangladesh Air Force, such as Squadron Leader, Instructor at the Bangladesh Institute of Peace Support Operation Training, and operational pilot for United Nations missions. Lutfor holds multiple degrees, including a Diploma in Aviation Studies from the IATA Training and Development Institute, an MBA in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration, and a Master’s degree in Defense Studies from the Defense Services Command & Staff College, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics from the Bangladesh Air Force Academy.
