Najmur Rahman

Najmur Rahman is an experienced human resource professional currently serving as an Executive in the Human Resource Department at US-Bangla Airlines Ltd. since April 2023. Previously, Najmur held the position of Executive for HR Payroll and Implementation at Logic Software Limited from June 2022 to March 2023. Additionally, leadership roles included Head of Sports & Logistics at Chittagong University Human Resource Club and Head of Finance at Orunodoy Shopnoghor. Najmur began a career in coordination as a Coordinator at Rock-Road - School of Music and as the Founder of Kishor Songo. Academically, Najmur earned a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in the same field from the University of Chittagong.
