Elsya Kusumo

Elsya Kusumo is an experienced IT professional with over 20 years in various technology and support roles. Currently serving as an IT/Systems Administrator at US Biotek Laboratories since June 2009, Elsya is responsible for system administration and application infrastructure management, utilizing enterprise tools like Nagios for monitoring UNIX/Linux and Windows servers. Previous experience includes a role as a NOC Engineer at Adobe, where Elsya performed 24/7 monitoring of critical systems, and as a Support Engineer at Microsoft, providing technical support for Windows Vista licensing. Elsya began their career in data processing support at Reliance Mortgage and held positions in administrative roles at Seattle Symphony and Seattle University. Educated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, focusing on E-Commerce & Information Systems from Seattle University, Elsya has also completed coursework in dance and music at the University of Washington.
