Troy E. Larkin

Troy E. Larkin is a legal professional with extensive experience in immigration and customs law. Currently holding the position of Associate Chief Counsel in the Public Sector, Troy has previously served as a General Attorney at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in the Office of Principal Legal Advisor. Prior roles include Associate at Farhang & Medcoff, PLLC, Staff Attorney at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Customs & Border Protection, and Deputy County Attorney in the Civil Division of the Pima County Attorney's Office. Troy earned a Juris Doctorate with a Sports Law Certification from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Davis.
