Richard Cohen

Richard Cohen, CIPP/E, serves as the Chief Privacy Officer and Associate General Counsel at Foot Locker since July 2017. In addition, Richard holds a position as Adjunct Faculty at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, teaching Media Law and History since January 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Special Counsel at Kelley Drye and Warren from July 2014 to June 2017, and legal roles at IBM Finland and IBM from June 2005 to June 2014. Richard also contributed to the American Chamber of Commerce in Finland as Co-Chair of the Legal Committee and a member of the Policy Committee in 2012. Richard holds a BA in History and Literature from Harvard University, an LL.M in European and International Law from the University of Helsinki, and both a JD and a Master's in Education from Boston University.
