Chris Nurse, MSc, FCMI

Chris Nurse, MSc, FCMI has over 15 years of experience in the IT field. Chris began their career in 2006 as an IT Manager/Consultant at Myers Fletcher & Gordon. In this role, they negotiated service contracts with external IT services vendors and stakeholders, determined the strategic direction and created an annual operating plan for the IT Infrastructure and department, and spearheaded quarterly IT Committee meetings. In 2010, they joined Hylton and Hylton Attorneys at Law as a Consultant. In 2017, they moved to IT Authorities as a Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer. In this role, they were an active member of the Infrastructure migration Project Team for the Coca-Cola Bottling Company Network project, lead engineer for an Enterprise Client, and was responsible for installing, configuring, and managing VMWare ESXI, ESXI Cluster Configuration, with vCenter Server 6, 6.5. In 2018, they joined iVenture Solutions as a Project Engineer, where they effectively managed and implemented projects based on SOW while meeting client deadlines and expectation, and seamlessly migrated several platforms to Office 365 and integrated ADFS, SSO, and MFA. Most recently, in 2022, they joined US CLOUD as a Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect / DSE.

Chris Nurse, MSc, FCMI has a Master's Degree in Project Management from the University of Roehampton, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Chris has also obtained certifications from VMEdu Inc., Chartered Management Institute, Microsoft, and Microsoft 365. These certifications include SCRUM Fundamentals Certified (obtained in November 2018), Fellow (obtained in January 2017), Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate (obtained in January 2021), and Microsoft 365 Certified Teams Administrator Associate (obtained in August 2020).
