Stephanie Williams M.S.M is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at US Digestive Health since November 2020, Stephanie manages HR functions across five business lines, providing support for recruitment, labor relations, compensation, training, health and safety, benefits enrollment, onboarding, exiting, and FMLA. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked as a RPO Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at PSEG, a Human Resources Generalist at Takeda, and held various positions in HR with the State of Delaware, Halpern Eye Care, and Verizon. Stephanie earned a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh.
