Jai Rodgers

Jai Rodgers is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in talent management, artist relations, and event logistics. Currently serving as the Talent Community Manager at U.S. Digital Response since March 2024, Jai has previously engaged in roles such as Provost Special Projects at The New School and Partnership Associate at Tech Talent Project, where responsibilities included enhancing candidate selection processes and fostering relationships with agency representatives. Past experience includes Artist Relations Specialist for ONE Musicfest, ensuring the needs of over 30 celebrity performers were met, and various positions that contributed to recruitment strategies, marketing initiatives, and sponsorship facilitation for prominent events. Jai holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Howard University, obtained in 2018.
