Kathleen Henning is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in various high-profile roles. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher contractor at Creative Artists Agency since January 2025, Kathleen also volunteers with U.S. Digital Response, conducting research for the Grant Finder project. Prior to these roles, Kathleen worked at Spotify as a Senior UX Researcher, focusing on the Ad Studio product and major advertising initiatives. Additional experience includes positions at GoodRx, Fandango, Tala, and Grand Rounds, where Kathleen engaged in diverse research methodologies and efforts. Kathleen began a career in user experience at AppFolio Inc. and Key Lime Interactive, contributing to projects for prestigious clients while laying the groundwork for a robust analytical skill set. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northwestern University and has international academic experience from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
