Matthew Luxon

Matthew Luxon is a seasoned toxicologist and ecological risk assessor currently employed at the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) since April 2023, focusing on Superfund projects and collaborating with Region 10 to address contaminant impacts on Pacific Northwest ecosystems. Prior to this role, Matthew owned Ecozoic Environmental Consulting LLC from October 2019 to April 2023 and operated Acme Environmental from March 2017 to October 2019. Matthew's career began at Windward Environmental LLC, where a tenure as a senior associate lasted from March 2001 to March 2017. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Ecotoxicology from Western Washington University, earned between 1997 and 1999.
