Shereen Kandil

Shereen Kandil has extensive experience in public affairs and community engagement within the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency since October 2008. Currently serving as Section Supervisor and Supervisory Public Affairs Specialist, Shereen leads a Community Affairs Team, developing strategies for community involvement at Superfund and RCRA sites. Roles as Public Affairs Specialist and Communications Director in the Office of International and Tribal Affairs have further solidified skills in environmental education and intergovernmental relations. Previous positions include Project Manager at The Track Group and Special Projects Manager at GSA, showcasing a diverse background across various roles in communication and project management. Shereen holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island.
