Erin Cristy

Erin Cristy possesses extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Learning And Development Specialist at US Fertility and Shady Grove Fertility since 2020. Prior to these roles, Erin held positions at Abt Associates as a Learning Specialist and Senior Coordinator in Learning & Development from 2016 to 2020, managing various educational initiatives. Erin also contributed to employer relations at George Washington University as Manager and Assistant, enhancing employer recruitment efforts for the School of Business from 2013 to 2016. Earlier experience includes managing food and beverage operations and event planning at OTO Development. Erin holds a Master’s degree in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Virginia Tech.
