Whitney Cummins

Whitney Cummins, M.Ed., SHRM-CP is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and benefits administration. Currently serving as the Senior Benefits Administrator at US Fertility since November 2021, Whitney has previously held various roles including Benefits Assistant and Benefits Administrator within the same company. Prior experience includes founding and serving as Chief Empowerment Officer for the Cummins Leadership Foundation, and serving as the Director of Human Resources & Recruitment at iLynx Inc. Whitney has a solid background in customer service management from roles at NBCOT, Eagle Publishing, and On Campus Marketing. Educational achievements include a Master of Education in Human Resources Development from Colorado State University, along with specialized training in leadership and organizational analysis from prestigious institutions such as Case Western Reserve University, Princeton University, Stanford University Graduate School of Business, The Wharton School, and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. An undergraduate degree in English, Journalism, and Communications was obtained from Longwood College.
