Angel F. Joy-Roger

Angel F. Joy-Roger, CB, currently serves as a Restaurant Operations Consultant for US Foods, specializing in the Southwest Area Markets of Las Vegas and Arizona. In this role since October 2015, Angel works with restaurant owners and operators to enhance brand growth, productivity, and social media presence while managing operational costs. Previously, Angel held the position of Food Fanatics Chef, providing culinary expertise in restaurant operations and staff training. With a diverse culinary background that includes roles as Executive Chef at Santa Ana Star Casino and Culinary Director at Service System Associates, Angel has demonstrated a strong commitment to elevating culinary standards and guest experiences across various food service environments. Educationally, Angel holds an Associate of Applied Sciences in Culinary Arts from Albuquerque Technical Vocational Institute.
