Martha Ha

Martha Ha is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate governance, privacy, and commercial contracts, currently serving as EVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at US Foods since September 2023. Prior roles include EVP, General Counsel at Medtronic, where Martha managed securities and corporate governance matters, and VP, General Counsel at DaVita, overseeing M&A transactions and global data privacy. Martha's legal career began at Shefsky & Froelich and includes positions at prominent firms such as Bell, Boyd & Lloyd and Baxter Healthcare, focusing on complex commercial transactions and public company advisement. Martha holds a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a BS in Accountancy from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
