Nicole Hajdrowski

Nicole Hajdrowski is an accomplished professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as Vice President at US Foods since November 2018, after holding the position of Senior Director for Enterprise Learning & Development. Prior experience includes Vice President of Global Learning & Development at West Corporation and Senior Director of Learning & Development at West Unified Communications Services. Over the years, Nicole has directed large-scale training initiatives, managing teams to support global competency-based talent reviews and tailored training programs. With a solid foundation in training management established at InterCall and Motorola, Nicole holds an M.A. in Training & Development from Roosevelt University and a B.A. in Communication from the University of St. Francis.
