Rachael Martin

Rachael Martin is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in driving business growth and enhancing team performance. Currently serving as the Director of New Business Local Sales at US Foods since August 2025, Rachael provides strategic support to the local sales team by identifying growth opportunities and assisting customers with valuable tools for profitability. Prior to this role, Rachael held various positions at Sysco, including Senior Manager of Sales Enablement and District Sales Manager, focusing on empowering sales teams and prioritizing initiatives. Rachael's earlier experience includes management roles at Bank Midwest, where Rachael led sales teams and improved client service. Rachael also has a background in marketing from Baker Chiropractic and Rehab and Citizen's Bank and Trust. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northwest Missouri State University.
