Kim Hansen

Kim Hansen is a Principal and Chief Accounting Officer, and Director of Development Oversight and Human Resources for USG Realty Capital, bringing notable experience in strategic human resource planning and with federal & state law compliance. She manages the accounting and oversight for all areas of the company. Additionally, Ms. Hansen also serves as Treasurer and Secretary for Investor’s Choice OZ Fund. Ms. Hansen has over 25 years of experience in business management and accounting. Prior to joining USG, she worked as a consultant helping both start-ups and established companies reorganize and increase profitability. Ms. Hansen also has experience in development and construction, with roots dating back to her first job working with her father who was a general contractor. After graduating high school, Ms. Hansen continued her studies in Accounting and Business Management at Olympic College in Bremerton, Washington.
