Loay Wahbeh has a diverse work experience spanning from 1991 to 2023, starting as an Auditor with Arthur Andersen and then moving on to become a Supervising Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche. Later, they worked as a Chief Accounting Officer at the Social Security Investment Fund, where they ensured compliance with accounting policies and oversaw financial statements' preparation. After that, Loay served as a Financial Consultant both freelance and with Lufthansa Consulting. In 2009, they joined Sanam Glass as the Finance & Operations Director, where they successfully negotiated and attained $25M in financing. In 2017, they joined Synergy Radiology as the Director of Finance, where they aided practice integration during the company's transition to Mednax and then Radiology Partners. Loay is currently working as the Director of Finance at US Heart and Vascular since March 2023.

Loay Wahbeh has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Yarmouk University. Loay has also achieved a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In addition, they have taken numerous courses and obtained certifications in areas such as finance, project management, and accounting through LinkedIn, including Breakeven and Cost-Volume-Profit (CVP) Analysis, Running a Profitable Business, Project Management Foundations: Risk, and Excel 2013 Essential Training.
