Michael D.

Michael D. has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Michael currently holds the position of Director of Accounting at US Heart and Vascular since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Corporate Accounting Manager at Wellpath from December 2021 to October 2022. From March 2019 to November 2021, they served as the Manager of Accounting at Tivity Health, and also held the position of Senior Accountant from February 2017 to February 2019 within the same company.

Before joining Tivity Health, Michael worked at KraftCPAs PLLC, where they started as an Intern in January 2013. Michael then became a Staff Associate from January 2014 to December 2015, and later served as a Senior Associate from January 2016 to February 2017.

Michael began their career at FNB Oxford Bank, where they took on various roles including Teller from July to December 2007, Head Teller from January to June 2008, and finally Branch Manager from July 2008 to May 2011.

From 2011 to 2013, Michael attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a major in Accounting. Michael obtained their degree in this field of study during these years.

Prior to their time at MTSU, Michael studied at the University of Mississippi from 2003 to 2007. During their time there, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology.

Michael's education journey began at Christian Brothers High School Memphis, where they attended from 1998 to 2002. Michael obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on General Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Michael also completed several certifications. In November 2018, they obtained the "5 Personal Finance Tips" certification from LinkedIn. Michael also completed the "Accounting Foundations" certification from LinkedIn during the same time period.

Furthermore, Michael achieved the "Certified Public Accountant" certification in August 2014, which was offered by the Tennessee State Board of Accountancy.
