Stephanie Espinosa

Stephanie Espinosa began their work experience in 1998 at Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, where they worked as a Patient Service Representative. In this role, they greeted patients, handled inbound calls, and scheduled appointments. Stephanie then transitioned to the position of Patient Accounts Representative, where they billed carriers and patients for services rendered and answered billing inquiries from patients. Stephanie then served as the EDI Coordinator, submitting charges for reimbursement through EDI and reviewing rejection reports.

In 2009, Stephanie joined US Imaging Network as a Customer Service Representative. Stephanie provided exceptional customer service, created reference guides and training materials, and trained new hires. Stephanie then moved into the position of Claims Representative, overseeing multiple claims processes and updating training material to increase productivity. Stephanie was later promoted to Claims Manager, where they cultivated and supervised the Claims team, growing the department from 1 to 25 individuals. Stephanie then served as AVP of Claims Administration and eventually became VP of Claims Administration, leading teams in Florida and New York. In this role, they developed and implemented strategies to improve processes and operations workflows, reducing payment turnaround time and outstanding AR.
