Alton Terry Workman has extensive experience in information technology and customer engagement, currently serving in a customer engagement/support role at the Defense Information Systems Agency, Joint Service Provider Hampton Roads since 2017. Workman also fulfills the role of Information Technology Specialist (SYS/PLNS) for the Joint Staff since 2011, focusing on government customer relations and support, including biometrics and queue management. Additionally, Workman has been with the US Joint Forces Command since July 1992, specializing in the requirement process and customer support related to PKI/CAC. Alton Terry Workman holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Computer Information Systems from Saint Leo University, attended from 1999 to 2001, and studied at the University of the Cumberlands from 1981 to 1985.
