Kirk Stafford is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance and investment management sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of US Life since 1997, Kirk has led the company to become one of the largest and fastest growing producers of life insurance in the nation, primarily through the implementation of the innovative Flexmethod strategy, enhancing policy benefits for increased growth, income, and safety. In addition to this role, Kirk has been the President and Portfolio Manager of Desert Rose Capital Management since June 2010, where the focus is on delivering superior investment management solutions that aim to maximize returns while minimizing risks for financial professionals and their clients. Prior to these positions, Kirk held the title of Financial Representative at MassMutual Financial Group from January 2008 to June 2010.
